By creating an account on lucie-blaze.com you are agreeing to Lucie Blaze holding your personal information. We collect personal information from you, including your name and contact details. We collect personal information in order to provide you with details about Lucie Blaze, Born to Create or related entities. Besides our staff, we share this information with Tanker Creative in order to assist our online marketing. If you choose not to enter your email address, we'll be unable to provide you with our newsletter, relevant product sales, workshops and events. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you'd like to ask for a copy of your information or to have it corrected, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please unpack and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
Sale items – No refund will be given unless goods are faulty
From the time you receive your original artwork, you have ten (10) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
We also require all returned skateboards/artworks to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. If you receive skateboard/artwork you’ve purchased from Lucie Blaze and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Ten (10) days to contact us about your intention to return the work
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the skateboard/artwork
Do not ship the artwork before contacting us.
How to return an original, undamaged work
Step 1 – Within ten (10) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact us at email@example.com to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the skateboard/artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the skateboard/artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.
Step 3 – Email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the return process.
Once the piece safely reaches the artist, Lucie Blaze will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency. Damaged skateboard/artwork caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

What to do if the artwork arrives damaged
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email email@example.com to give us your order information.
Step 2 – Save the original packaging!
Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 4 – Lucie Blaze will contact you to discuss next steps.

All international orders will be sent using NZ Post. A Track & Trace number will be provided once the order is shipped and paid for tracked shipping. Where large orders are placed, or excess freight charges applied we will notify of any additional cost.
Any local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs office.
All products will be shipped during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).
Nothing will be shipped outside of business hours or during public holidays and weekends.
Most orders received are shipped within 7 days. Typically orders are received 8-10 business days after they are placed. All direct debit orders will be processed the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This can take up to two working days.
Due to the nature of Lucie Blaze's skateboards design and application process, it can take up to 7 days to make your order ready for shipping. Allow 8-10 business days for your item to be delivered. This can take longer for international orders depending on the local post.
